• Katharine Nixon is a creative practitioner and stylist, who has a sensorial sensitivity to colour, texture and mood.

• In the past she studied Philosophy, English literature and Biology which have fed into her references.
• She  is an advocate of cross-disciplinary collaboration as a result of this and believes innovation comes when unexpected forces join together.

As a consequence of completed an Art Foundation Diploma at Camberwell College of Arts in 2014/15, Katharine Nixon is comfortable experimenting with drawing, painting and unconventional materials.

With a dance background, Katharine Nixon believes that pose and gesture are forms of communication beyond a pretty picture.
